You CANT unlock Oxide by beating all his time trial ghosts! "Too many people say that" I'm just posting this video as proof to Nitrous Oxide's playable existance. He is unlocked through gameshark. This works on both NTSC and PAL versions on the console. I'm using an emulator though and for it, PSX Emulator Cheater: http://www.emucheater.com/down... ***Edit: the cheater now works with the emulator with NTSC discs with the PAL-NTSC cheat in the PEC*** Ok, I know I'm not great with him but since I'm playing CTR by non-console means, I'll just say I used a crappy controller which explains some random turns. And oh did that TNT crate pay off on 1st lap. ;) For those wondering, Oxide is only unlocked through gameshark "or some other cheat device". Look for the code throughout the comments if you're interested. There's more than one working code also.

id rather play the game for what it is and execept the fact that he shouldnt be played this game is awsome and at it i am awsome :) lol maybe a real video would be to lap oxide , id like to see that lol but you just faked it..... very cool tho

no, everyone is a noob actually, u can't unlock him, even HACKING, he doesn't exist, that's the THING! no matter how hard you try, u can't race as him... u know, if u look REALLY careful at the exaust, u can see that it's just a picture of N.Oxide covering Tiny Tiger, plus look at the spaceships exaust, not a single thing happens, AND last but not least, how hard is it really to slap a picture of Oxide coming first on that thing, since by the way oxide was coming first from the start.

Omg.. I feel sorry for the noobs that didnt realize that the game is being played in a Windows XP window? Its being run off an emulator on his computer using PEC, an advanced cheat program that lets you make your own hacks, hes found Oxide it seems and so have I. Hes only A LITTLE faster and just takes up more space, but he handles extremly well.

i have oxide too i still think 3years how can i unlocke him ????? but there is no way to unlocke him fucking shit only with a gameshark :) you need psx emulator epsxe1.7.0 AND THE PEC CHEAT EMU

I met a guy who works/worked for the game developers. I asked him that, and he said, he was too big for the screen and was way more faster than the other chars.
