Brought back memories of my 4 years in Tokyo with the Japanese...shallow, spoiled, superficial, selfish, fake politeness, bad teeth, ...and they're all too cool and composed to go out on a limb and simply crack a joke once in awhile...ooohh their dark colored fashions, they're so chic and elegant....conformism...boring. And then when they get home and take off the shoes (and the mask), they become vicariously human...but in an awkward way.
