Biggest surprise in opera comes out of Britain in this contest....if you want to see something really funny, check out the "Oh, NO!" expressions on the judges faces on Paul Potts audition for this contest BEFORE he starts to sing, and then listen to their comments AFTERWARD.....

the world wide web was invented by Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau while working at CERN. Not an American invention I'm afraid. As for the Internet, no one individual or organisation can be credited with its 'invention'. The computer, same applies, it all depends on definition. Check out the names Charles Babbage and Alan Turing. When it comes to British inventions, the list is endless. Please pick another subject area on which to ridicule us. Honestly, you couldn't have picked a worse one
