Pretty much concur...but I do not think it is that specific. And I believe the broader sense is is more accurate and far more sad.

All of the lyrics make sense for that interpretation, except for this part, IMO--

The "fortress" part kind of fits, but then the rest just sounds like sex to me.

I totally agree!! I'm glad she's not "Hollywood famous", cause we see how mean and disrespctful people are to the ones who are in that intense limelight... they can't catch a break! they get shit no matter what they do... SAD and PATHETIC! that is what the world has come to...
