@ frameflow no it has a mercury emblem on it and crown victorias are only ford... very similair tho

Consider that it's about 180 horsepower at the wheels. At the crank, Grand Marquis range from 190-235 horsepower at the crank, with 265-275 lb/ft of torque (which is considerably more torque than your 4-cylinder is making). My Cadillac Seville, when stock, puts out 275 horsepower at the crank, and 300 lb/ft of torque. I been able to achieve a best 0-60 of 6.6 seconds so far.
